Mitchell Rudd – Sleep Health Practitioner
It is my job to help guide you through your home sleep study and provide you with a greater insight into your potential sleep disorder diagnosis. When I’m not in the office, my passion is motorcycles, and I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and spotting wildlife.
Ruben van der Merwe – Sleep Health Practitioner
With a clinical background in Exercise Physiology, I believe that overall health is a balance of multiple factors, which can all be effected by quality of sleep. Whether you are trying to lose weight, reduce blood pressure, eliminate snoring or if you feel consistently tired, make sure you start with a good nights sleep.
Tiegan Rudd – Administrator
I will be the first person you speak to at Rise, and it’s my job to help you understand what it is that we do. I love helping people, so if there’s any questions you have, please don’t hesitate to ask! When I’m not working, I love getting out for a good walk, or curling up with a book.
Rise Sleep Health started in 2016 originally called Safe & Health Sleep but this was changed to “Vive Sleep Health” and then to Rise Sleep Health as the feedback from our referring General Practitioners was that they did not understand what “Vive” was and what it meant, however most really liked the name “Rise”.
