2.2. By purchasing a product, you confirm that you have received appropriate medical advice regarding its suitability for your condition.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments3.1. All advertised prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
3.2. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
3.3. Payments must be completed before orders are dispatched. Available payment methods are listed at checkout.
3.4. Some finance options may not apply to discounted prices.
3.5. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes beyond those included in our pricing.
4. Shipping and Delivery4.1. Rise Sleep Health arranges shipment of products to customers. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and unforeseen delays.
4.2. Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information.
4.3. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.
4.4. Customers should notify us within five (5) days of receipt regarding any missing or damaged items.
5. Returns and Refunds5.1. Returns for CPAP machines and masks must comply with manufacturer policies. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
5.2. Non-faulty, unopened products may be returned within seven (7) days from the invoice date, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
5.3. Refunds exclude shipping costs and third-party finance fees, if applicable.
5.4. All returns require prior approval and must be sent to our designated address with original packaging and accessories.
5.5. There is no return for the Rise Sleep Health’s Advanced CPAP Support package.
5.6. All Returns must be delivered to our head office Shop 34/137 Scottsdale Drive, Robina QLD 4226.
6. Warranty and Repairs6.1. Our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Customers should refer to product documentation for warranty terms.
6.2. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and adherence to manufacturer terms.
6.3. Repairs under warranty typically take 7–21 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary.
7. Privacy and Data Collection7.1. Personal information is collected and processed per our Privacy Policy.
7.2. Customers using CPAP devices with remote monitoring agree to allow access to therapy data unless they opt out in writing.
